Ross Falsetta

My name is Ross Falsetta, I am the Head of Women’s Artistic Gymnastics I am High Performance qualified WAG coach but also qualified as a level 3 coach in Pre-school gymnastics,  General gymnastics along with Free Style too. I also work for the governing body, British Gymnastics as a technical lead at Aspire and Development age national squads but also as a coach educator too. I also work for Scottish Gymnastics as their PPP (Performance Preparation Pathway) technical lead.

 

I have been in post since Dec 2016 and ben fortunate enough to have worked with some of the best gymnasts in the country whether they be home grown talent or athletes that have moved to us to better there career in gymnastics. I am grateful and lucky to have had some incredible opportunities in the sport in my time at the club from attending World Cups,  Junior European Championships with the latest and most inspiring a Commonwealth Games, made even more special as it was a home games.

 

I love my job and try my best to help motivate those around me by leading by example. We work hard to try and help each gymnast have a great experience when they come to us at SEGC and create lasting memories as well as learning amazing gymnastics on their journey. I am a positive and upbeat individual and try to share that energy and enthusiasm with those around me too.
