Festival Gymnastics is a growing discipline within our established club. It is a way to showcase engaging routines under the gymnastics for all ethos! Festival Gymnastics is a mixture of gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and tumbling, including the use of holistic skills such as teamwork, confidence, and problem solving.

Our senior team is run by Taylor; they perform nationally, regionally, and internationally at a high level, with our junior team covering local events with their coach Jess. If you are interested in joining us, please email taylor.hallett@southessexgym.co.uk.
