Pre-School

Our Pre-School Sessions are structured gymnastic classes designed for children aged two to four and help to develop confident and co-ordinated youngsters.

After a class warm up, the gymnasts are divided into small groups where they work with a coach.

Our aim is to give the children a safe, enjoyable and challenging gymnastics experience.

The sessions are planned on a six-weekly basis to ensure a balanced and varied programme for the children.

We run our own SEGC Award Scheme and the gymnasts are routinely tested.
