Important Information

Once you purchase a Gymnast Entry ticket for your child’s age and level, you will receive a link to buy Spectator tickets. All attendees age 2+, will need a ticket.

All events, except Circanza, are held in Basildon Sporting Village’s main gym. Please queue and enter via the main door unless stated otherwise.

. Circanza - Display for circus class participants

. Gym School - For children in 1 or1.5 hour advanced after school classes

. Pre-School display - For children in 1 or 1.5 hour advanced daytime/Saturday morning Pre-School sessions

. Rhythmic - For 1+ hour Rhythmic classes

. WAG/MAG - For 2+ hour Women’s/Men’s Artistic classes

. Gymnanza - Show for gymnasts in 1.5+ hour Men’s/Women’s Artistic, Rhythmic or Display groups

Please arrive 15 mins early. Queue outside until directed inside. Please stand within the barriers and do not block entryways or walkways to other areas of the centre.

Staff will de-register children after the event finishes. Only 1 guardian per child to ensure smooth collection.

Please be respectful to coaches and judges. Address concerns professionally through appropriate channels.
