Cara Mulreany

Hi, I’m Cara. I have been at SEGC for 12 years, firstly coaching on the Women’s Artistic side, then progressing on to the role of Head Coach for Adult Gym, Freestyle and Circus. I am also the Development Officer & Events Manager. I participated in recreational gymnastics as a child and once I started volunteering at age 14, my passion for the sport just grew. I am a level 4 qualified Women’s Artistic coach and a judge at regional level. Since having children of my own I have stepped away from coaching, but still love being in the gym and seeing the gymnasts achieve new goals.

 

My greatest achievements within the club include achieving my level 4 coaching qualification, getting a gymnast to the English championships, and starting up our Circus program which has been running successfully for 8 years.
