This past weekend, Rosie Williams proudly represented South Essex at the Disability British Championships held in Cardiff, showcasing her exceptional talent and perseverance on the national stage. Competing in a highly competitive category, Rosie delivered strong performances across all apparatus, earning a well-deserved 3rd place Overall, a testament to her hard work and dedication to the sport.

One of her standout moments came on the Vault, where she demonstrated both power and precision, securing an impressive 2nd place finish. Her achievements this weekend are a reflection of her unwavering commitment and the guidance she’s received from her coaching team.
