Weekend Wrap-Up: Jamie's Championship

This past weekend, our gymnasts competed at Jamie's Championship on July 14, 2024, showcasing their talents and hard work. Under the leadership of Coaches Jamie-Leigh Hann, Dave Rapley, Kayleigh Peak, Gemma Wright, Amber Lees, and Madison Jennings, the day was filled with outstanding performances.
Outstanding Achievements
Olivia Lockwood led the way, finishing 1st Overall, with standout performances to earn 1st on Vault and 1st on Floor. Maisy Moyet also excelled, claiming 1st Overall and winning 1st on Vault.
Isabella Green took home 1st Overall, and Madison Davison finished 2nd Overall with a fantastic 1st on Vault. Bleu Grayer secured 3rd Overall, while Ruby Burns placed 3rd Overall in her category.
In total, the following gymnasts achieved remarkable placements:
Amelia Duce-Schoberl - 5th Overall
Gabriella Tarnovschi - 6th Overall
Natasha Holloway - 6th Overall
Isabel Smith - 4th Overall
Lily Holland - 4th Overall
A special mention goes to those who earned Gold Medals: Shea Gafford, Lily Gray, Rosie-May Hickey, Orla Newton, Millie Robinson, Ivy Stuart-Evans, Georgie Vear, Olivia Watts, and Sadie Sabine.
Additionally, recognition is due for the efforts of Fleur Street, Nella Doherty, Max Nevgod, Scarlet Silvey-Baker, Harriett Bazzoni, Niamh Duffy, Reeva Balt, Darci-Mai Bishop, Santana Doyle, Emily Garred, Olivia Bishop, Darcie Bowman, Gracie Copping, Maria Gergely, Ilinca Gorea, Melanie Malasenkova, and Eva-Mae Barton for their hard work and dedication.
Coaches’ Corner
Coaches expressed their pride, stating, “What a fantastic day. We were so proud of all the gymnasts. They all performed amazingly.”
